Whenever I think of writing or talking about Mrs. Devangi Dalal's work, I feel like using the choicest adjectives and say nothing else. This is because her career has been full of superlative work. I have been under Ms. Devangi since Oct 2002. Right from the 1st day when I was checked by her till today, I can vouch for her dedication, patience and sincerity in her care and kindness, to make people confident, even with their hearing disability. I had been to other audiologist and doctor too but none had the dedication, patience like Ms. Devangi. I remember how confident I felt after getting my 1" hearing aid from her and how much time she took to program the aid to suit me. My seniors when they met me, were stunned to hear me talk, (less loudly) and be able to hear and understand them. This confidence was built only through Ms. Devangi. Every time I came down on leave, she would check my hearing and advice me if it was going bad or same. Lot of people asked me to see other doctor, which I did, but none had the dedication, patience, understanding their patient's needs as much as Ms. Devangi. I've been using hearing aids for the last 20 years. The first pair was fitted by Ms. Devangi Dalal. It opened up a new world for me. While driving to my office, I could hear the birds chirping and the wind blowing for the first time. When I shared this experience with Ms. Devangi, she felt much more happier than me.
